Jeff Lee played basketball at Dematha Catholic  High School under legendary coach Morgan Wooten; he played on a nationally ranked team. After high school, he was a member of the men's basketball team at College of Southern Maryland, where he led the nation in assists. After three years at College of Southern Maryland, he played one year at New Haven University.

Jeff is a member of the Washington Chinese Youth Club in the Metropolitan Area, a Non-profit organization for the Asian community.  He is the founder of the first annual CYC Youth Basketball Camp. He also coaches a team of first graders in the Howard county youth club.

Mark Fassett has had the opportunity of being surrounded by many NBA players as both friends and mentors. Mark played basketball at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. With plenty of experience in basketball training, Mark has had the opportunity to work with numerous professional basketball players including Delonte West (Cleveland Cavalier and former Washington DC All-Met Player of the Year), Larry Hughes (Chicago Bull), Laron Profit (former Los Angeles Lakers and Washington Wizard as well as University of Maryland Star), Michael Sweetney (former Chicago Bull and Georgetown University Star), well as Byron Mouton, just to name a few.

In addition to training NBA Players, Mark also heads a Marketing Company for professional athletes working with Fortune 500 companies. With all of his experience, Mark has gained the knowledge and skills to encourage young basketball players to reach their full potential.

Corey McCrae is a graduate of DeMatha High School in Hyattsville, Maryland. During his tenure, Corey had the honor of playing for the legendary Morgan Wooten for two seasons; winning two conference championships and state titles. Following graduation, he traveled to Fordham University to play for Derrick Whittenberg, member of the 1981 NCAA basketball national champion team. Corey received a business degree in 2006. He currently coaches youngsters at St. Ambrose School in Cheverly, Maryland. He also coaches young athletes each and every summer at camps throughout the metropolitan area.
Pat Fitzpatrick attended Walt Whitman High School. He went to college at University of Maryland , College Park. He's been coaching in Montgomery County since 1998. Pat High school coaching experience includes Landon School and St. Andrew's. Pat started training individual athletes of all levels in 2001. Coach Fitz's has experience with camps and clinics all over the U.S. and Europe. Pat continues to play professionally while sharing the game and learning from the area's top coaches.
